By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms and conditions below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If due to change of mind you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt in original packaging.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and the customer will be required to arrange their own shipping.
We will issue a full refund after deduction of shipping and handling cost, provided the item must be unused and returned in its original condition; we reserve the right to refuse a refund if a returned item is in unsuitable condition, used or damaged and therefore not resellable. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund at any time at our sole discretion due to exceptional circumstances.
WINGS MG, doo will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 2 years of receipt of items.
WINGS company warrants the new WINGS motorcycle exhaust to be free from any defect in materials used in the manufacture, and/or workmanship at the time of its manufacture.
The exhaust must not have been incorrectly installed, used for competition, used on a commercial basis, misused or inadequately maintained.
The WINGS exhaust must not have been subject to any modification, repair or replacement other than with original WINGS replacement parts.
The warranty is limited to defects recognized by WINGS company and due to normal use, and excludes parts which are subject to normal wear such as damping wool, rubber parts and seals.
Excluded from warranty is surface deterioration caused by normal wear and tear, exposure to mechanical force or lack of correct maintenance.
The warranty is void in case of influence of an outside force, an accident, or improper, competition or commercial use or if any modifications were made.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect WINGS MG, doo to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
WARRANTY FOR 690/701 EXHAUSTS:
If WINGS exhausts for these particular bikes are being used according to our installation instructions, there is no possibility of hot spots, discoloration or any other damage appearing on the exhaust’s surface or its interior. Therefore, the warranty is void in case this still happens as this means the exhaust has not been used according to our installation instructions.
WINGS exhausts for these particular bikes have been tested extensively on a bike with no modifications other than WINGS exhaust installed (either with a large or a small dB-killer installed) and no issues have been detected whatsoever.
DISPATCH OF PARCELS
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.
Our company operates on Monday – Friday except on national holidays at which time the company will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Import duties and taxes for shipments outside EU may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and WINGS company encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to WINGS company at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
We reserve the right to make technical changes in the course of further development without prior notice.
