By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms and conditions below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations for our service.
Return & Refund Policy
If due to a change of mind, you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt in original packaging.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and the customer will be required to arrange their own shipping.
We will issue a full refund after deduction of shipping and handling costs, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a returned item is in unsuitable condition, used or damaged and therefore not resellable. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund at any time at our sole discretion due to exceptional circumstances.
Warranty
WINGS MG, d.o.o. will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 2 years of receipt of items.
WINGS warrants the new WINGS motorcycle exhaust to be free from any defect in materials used in the manufacture and/or workmanship at the time of its manufacture.
The warranty does not apply if the exhaust has been:
- Incorrectly installed,
- Used on a track or for competition,
- Used on a commercial basis,
- Misused or inadequately maintained.
The WINGS exhaust must not have been subject to any modification, repair or replacement other than with original WINGS replacement parts.
The warranty is limited to defects recognized by WINGS and due to normal use. It excludes parts subject to normal wear, such as damping wool, rubber parts, and seals.
Excluded from warranty: surface deterioration caused by normal wear and tear, exposure to mechanical force, or lack of correct maintenance.
The warranty is void in case of:
- Outside force (e.g. an accident),
- Improper, track, competition, or commercial use,
- Any modifications made to the exhaust or the bike.
Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse this cost upon a successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, WINGS MG, d.o.o. will process the claim within 7 days.
Warranty for 690/701/GasGas Exhausts
If WINGS exhausts for these particular bikes are used according to our installation instructions, there is no possibility of hot spots, discoloration, or any other damage appearing on the exhaust’s surface or interior. Therefore, the warranty is void if such damage occurs, as this indicates the exhaust has not been used according to our installation instructions.
WINGS exhausts for these particular bikes have been extensively tested on a bike with no modifications other than WINGS exhaust installed (either with a large or a small dB-killer installed), and no issues have been detected whatsoever.
Dispatch of Parcels
WINGS products are made-to-order. The goods are custom-made upon receipt of payment and are usually dispatched within 2-4 working days, unless specified otherwise due to an increased volume of orders or other exceptional circumstances.
Our company operates Monday – Friday, except on national holidays, at which time the company will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays are kept to a minimum.
For a change of delivery address, we are able to update the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for shipments outside the EU may be payable upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to WINGS at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Insurance & Claims
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to make technical changes in the course of further development without prior notice.
